For Your Convenience
During your visit at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital, you’ll find that we offer a variety of special patient services that you can take advantage of. We hope these services can make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Specials services we offer include:
You’ll have letters and packages delivered right to you each morning by our volunteers. Letters and parcels that arrive after you’ve been discharged will be forwarded to your home address. You can send your own outgoing mail by giving it to a volunteer or leaving it at the nurses’ station. Stationary may be purchased at the hospital gift shop.
Flowers sent to you are delivered right to your room at Cy-Fair Hospital. We ask that you keep in mind that large plants and flowers can be difficult to deliver and remove upon discharge. Please be courteous to your suite mate, as some people are allergic to flowers. Your loved ones may easily send you flowers through our partnership with Best Flowers.
Newspapers are delivered to your room at Cy-Fair Hospital Monday through Friday.
You can find the services of a notary public right at Cy-Fair Hospital. For more information, please call the hospital operator by dialing “0.”
At Cy-Fair Hospital, you have access to interpreters for a number of foreign languages if required.
For the Hearing Impaired
If you are hearing impaired, you can find access to a Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD) to improve communication with your caregivers. To make arrangements for a TDD, please call the Guest Relations Department at extension 3522 or contact Security by dialing “0.”
